December 2008 Meeting: Dianne Costa, Mayor of Highland Village, presented our club with a Proclamation that recognizes and congratulates the Highland Village Women's Club for their many years of service to our community and urges all women of Highland Village to consider joining this organization in its efforts to make the City of Highland Village a "village with heart."
